Soul Train Award nominations recognize Amy Winehouse, Whitney Houston, R. Kelly.

Amy Winehouse and Whitney Houston acquired posthumous nominations for the 2012 Heart and soul Train Awards announced Wednesday. Your late greats are honored for “Our Day Will Come” for Best International Performance, while Houston’s “Celebrate” — your ex duet with Jordan Sparks from the film “Sparkle” — garnered a nod for Best Gospel Intercontinental Performance. Other noteworthy nominations include things like two for R. Kelly, making him the most-nominated artist with Soul Train Award history, and Usher received five nominations this season. Cedric the Entertainer hosts the particular Soul Train Awards on Nov. 8 at Planet Hollywood in Vegas.
