Following within the footsteps of Samsung, Google-owned Motorola has launched a whole new ad that takes advantage of Apple's recent misfire over the launch of its own mapping assistance.
The advert shows the iPhone 5 close to the Motorola Droid Razr Meters with each displaying their own map screens. But while the Moto handset shows actions rendering of 315 E fifteenth Street in Manhattan, all the iPhone 5 manages is often a lonely stretch of tarmac.
Motorola has also been moving out the #iLost hashtag over Twitter to make the most of Apple's stumble over Maps.
Understandably Google will probably be feeling pretty smug about Apple's circumstance, given that the Cupertino firm dropped Google Maps so as to create its own version intended for iOS 6.
We have undoubtedly that, like the Samsung ad, the Apple faithful will spring to the defence of the handset that already amassed 2 million pre-orders in twenty four hours.
